SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

1. SHIPPING POLICY

 

1.1. Delivery Areas & Timeframes

  • We deliver to locations within South Africa.

  • Standard delivery times vary based on location:

    • Major cities: 2-5 business days.

    • Outlying areas: 5-10 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, supplier delays, or public holidays.

 

1.2. Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Free shipping may be offered for orders exceeding a specified amount (subject to promotions).

  • Express shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

 

1.3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

 

1.4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • We will investigate the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.

 

2. RETURNS POLICY

2.1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are:

    • Unused and in their original packaging.

    • Free from damage (unless the item was defective upon arrival).

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Certain products (e.g., custom-made, clearance, or digital items) are non-returnable unless faulty.

 

2.2. Return Process

  • Once approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

 

2.3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • If you prefer, an exchange or store credit may be offered instead of a refund.

 

2.4. Defective or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
